Ashleigh is a fellow Texan from the town of Decatur. Her love for children began as a preschool teacher as she prepared the children for the rigors of kindergarten. It was then that she decided to further her career by entering dental assisting school. She was inspired to get in the dental industry so that she could help children from every walk of life feel better about themselves. Ashleigh has a natural talent to make children at iKids feel at ease and it is always her goal to make sure that the children have a fantastic time. It’s not uncommon for our patients to walk in and request Ashleigh to be her assistant. In fact, she is such good friends with the Tooth Fairy, if you ask Ashleigh; she might even introduce you to her.
Marianna began her career as a Dental Assistant in 2003 and has gained experience in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, as well as orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Her experience led to roles as a front office coordinator, financial coordinator, and assistant manager. Her background has provided keen insight that helps Marianna further improve the iKid’s experience for our patients.
Marianna enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, participating in outdoor sports, and reading.
She strives to go the extra mile in all she does, making sure each patient’s experience is a positive one. Marianna is thrilled to be a part of the iKids family
Liliana has been in Texas since she was 12. She was raised in the east coast. Liliana has been in the Dental Industry for 3 years. She will be in the front office welcoming you with a smile. She enjoys working with children and seeing each patient leave our office content. She will also be assisting you with any insurance questions you may have. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys the outdoors and loves music.
Angelica has been working in the dental field since 2010 and has been a part of the iKids Family since 2014. Angelica strongly believes a person’s best feature is their smile and she loves working alongside her iKids teammates helping change little lives, one smile at a time! When Angelica isn’t at iKids helping fight sugar bugs and writing letters to the tooth fairy, she is “mommy” to her daughter, Zoey who is the apple of her eye, and the peanut butter to her jelly.
Janie was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She started her dental career while she was a student at Trimble Tech High School as a dental assistant and has since then had the opportunity to work in general dentistry, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. Janie joined the ikids team in 2012. She enjoys working with children and loves working in the pediatric field. She has three awesome daughters and nine wonderful grandchildren. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, and reading books. Janie’s favorite part of her career is helping patients achieve beautiful and confident smiles.
Whitney obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2008, and after her first day at a pediatric office she knew it was where she was meant to be. She loves the upbeat environment, helping kids to be excited about coming to the dentist like she was as a child, and having an impact on their overall health through dental hygiene instruction. Whitney obtained a Bachelor of Arts from UTA in Human Relations and a minor in Spanish, and fulfilled her dream of studying abroad in Spain. She is a lung cancer awareness advocate and a volunteer for the Mission Arlington dental clinic. Whitney enjoys family time, movies, cooking and camping with her husband
Charie Vaughn is from Arlington, Texas and has been in the dental field since 1999. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She then earned her Dental Hygiene license from Tarrant County College. Charie loves children and volunteers for community events whenever she can. She is actively a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the Greater Fort Worth Dental Hygienists’ Society. Charie loves spending time with her husband, Chad, and their energetic Jack Russell, Ace. Her hobbies include reading, working out, spending time with friends and cheering on the Dallas Mavericks.
Heather King was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas. She pursued her Dental Hygiene Career at Baylor College of Dentistry, Caruth School of Dental Hygiene. She loves making the dental experience enjoyable for all of her patients by incorporating a fun, educational, and friendly energy into the appointments. Pediatric dentistry is special to her because her goal is to start early in the patient’s life, teaching them how to properly care for their teeth. Heather also wants to help eliminate the assumption that the dentist is a scary place. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as reading, watching movies, and listening to music.
Amanda, a native Texan , is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where she met her husband and began her family. From there she went on to attain a degree in dental hygiene. She has served as a pediatric hygienist since 2011. Amanda has always enjoyed helping others and is happy to educate the children in our community about oral health. As a parent of two wonderful children, Amanda can relate to her patients and loves to make a personal connection with them. Amanda strives to serve God in all she does, likes to play with her children, attempts to garden and loves to learn.

Dawn was born and raised in Burleson, Texas. A loving wife and mother of 2, Dawn began her journey in dentistry in 2010 when she graduated from Tarrant County College as a Registered Dental Hygienist. “I chose pediatric dental hygiene bc it allows me to connect with the kiddos while teaching them how to take better care of themselves in a fun way!” Dawn joined iKids in October 2013.
Alicia Alexander was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She moved to Arlington, Texas when she was 5 years old and considers herself a “true” Texan. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M University, Baylor College of Dentistry. She loves children and enjoys working in an atmosphere where children make her laugh and smile all day. Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, Kameron, and her two sons, Jeffrey and Logan. Alicia’s boys are very active in sports, where their family spends most of their time.
Priscilla Jo Herrera was born and raised in Beeville, Texas. She is a graduate of Del Mar College in Corpus Christi , Texas where she obtained her degree for dental hygiene. She started her career in General Dentistry in Ingleside, Texas . In August 2014 she moved to Grand Prairie, Texas and says it was the best decision she made. Since starting at iKids she has grown an even bigger passion for her career. ” Love what you do and you never have to work a day in your life” .”This is the way iKids makes me feel” , she says. She loves educating all her little patients on the importance of their oral health and doing her best to give her patients the best dental experience. Priscilla loves spending time with her boyfriend Steven, their silly, loving dog “Sancho” , her family and friends. Priscilla’s hobbies include; couponing and shopping.
Marisa Partin was born and raised in Texas. She has been a dental assistant since 2011 working with adults and children. She worked in a church nursery for 6 years with children ranging from newborns to 10 year olds. She loves building relationships with the kids and keeping a smile on their face. In her free time she enjoys drawing, painting, writing and spending time with her boyfriend and family. She is very blessed to be a part of the patients’ lives at iKids.
Adrienne always knew she wanted to work in Pediatrics because of her love for children and Dentistry. What Adrienne loves the most about working in a Pediatric Dental office is meeting all the different little personalities. She enjoys seeing the children’s smiling faces and hearing the funny things kids say. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her son Braeden and family.
Juliana has been living in Arlington, Texas all of her life. She has been working in the field of dentistry since 2010. Juliana loves and cherishes the time she gets to spend working with kids. Seeing those kids smile makes her day brighter. In her free time she loves spending time withher daughter Natalie and her loving family.
Kourtney is a wife and mother of a beautiful daughter named Kiley. Kourtney attended Southwestern University and A&M College of Baton Rouge, LA. where she majored in microbiology with a minor in dance. Kourtney has been dancing and teaching classical ballet for nineteen years. Although ballet is Kourtney’s first love, she also fell in love with the world of dentistry. “Being a part of iKids Pediatric Dentistry is the best decision she made, simply because she admires their standards.” While Kourtney is not with her second family at iKids, she enjoys spending time with her husband and going out on family outings.
Michelle was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from Concord College in 2013, where she received her certification in dental assisting. She has since been able to work in a variety of dentistry fields from general dentistry, endodontic’s, oral surgery, periodontic’s, and the one she loves the most pediatric’s. She enjoys seeing all the beautiful smiles of children every day. When she is not at work she is at home being a “mommy” to her 3 amazing children.”
Cecilia is an Arlington native. She is happily married and a mother of four children, two boys and two girls who keep her very busy. In her free time she likes to swim, fish and do all outdoor activities with her family. She also loves to work on yard art and rustic furniture. She has been in the dental field for 9 years and specializes Orthodontics.
Yesenia grew up in Ennis, TX and attended Ennis High School. She graduated in 2013 from TA4U dental assistant program. Even though Yesenia does not have any children of her own, she enjoys working with children. Her favorite part about working with children is seeing them smile and their silly personalities. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
