Ross Hamilton, DDS

Ross Hamilton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a degree in biology. He went on to complete his dental education back home in Texas at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry where earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Ross continues to increase his knowledge through continuing education courses, and is certified in oral conscious sedation. As an Eagle Scout, he learned the value of hard work, ingenuity, and integrity. Striving to provide the best dental care for his patients is his goal. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Dental Association, and Fort Worth District Dental Society. Dr. Ross is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, enjoys playing guitar, and is grateful for the opportunity he has to work with his brothers at iKids.

Randy Hamilton, DMD

Randy Hamilton is a native Texan and very happy to be back in the Lone-Star State. The extensive training in dentistry obtained by Dr. Hamilton has made him exceptionally skilled in the field of pediatric and adolescent dentistry. Dr. Hamilton received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. While earning his doctorate, Dr. Hamilton was selected for the Health Profession Scholarship given by the United States Air Force. In addition to graduating with honors, he was one of a few dentists selected for an Advanced Education in Dental Training residency program at Sheppard Air Force Base. At this residency, Dr. Hamilton became proficient in all specialties of the dental profession. His main focus, however, was in surgery and anesthesia, where he became certified in IV sedation. After finishing his residency at the top of his class, he was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, KS. Dr. Hamilton is honored to have served his country and to have met the needs of his patients in all areas of dentistry.

After completing his service in the Air Force, Dr. Hamilton decided to further specialize in the field of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Hamilton spent the next two years receiving advanced training in the field of pediatric and adolescent dentistry in addition to special needs care at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Texas, Dr. Hamilton worked as an associate at a prominent pediatric dental office in Philadelphia and was part-time faculty at Temple University Hospital’s residency program.

Dr. Hamilton is a devoted husband and a father of four young children. He understands your child’s fears and the concerns that every parent has. Your child’s health, comfort, and convenience are his main priority. He is an outstanding professional committed to providing care to all children as if they were his own. Dr. Hamilton is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, American Association of Endodontics, and Texas Dental Society.

Blane Hamilton, DMD

Blane Hamilton is glad to be back home in the great state of Texas. He attended Southern Utah University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Prior to returning to Texas Dr. Blane was accepted to Temple University Hospital’s Pediatric Dental Residency Program. Here he completed an additional two years of education/training specializing in pediatric and adolescent dentistry. Advanced training was also received in conscious sedation and special needs care. During his training he also work as an associate at a pediatric dental office in Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the ADA and AAPD. Dr. Blane is a husband and a father of three young boys. He is active in his church, an Eagle Scout, loves playing basketball, mountain biking, various other sports, and hanging out with his family.

Dr. Neidy Castro, DDS

Dr. Neidy Castro has been practicing dentistry for over 12 years.  She is a 2001 graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry.  After dental school, Dr. Castro established her own successful dental practice in Irving, Tx.  In September of 2009, she sold her practice to concentrate on being a mother while practicing part time with other DFW area dentists.  In 2011, with her boys entering school full time, Dr. Castro joined iKids Pediatric Dentistry.  Dr. Castro practices at iKids three days a week and the remaining time is devoted to her family.  She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her boys, and playing violin with her church orchestra.  Dr. Castro is also fluent in Spanish and French.

Dr. Dana Doan, DDS

Dr. Dana Doan is a pediatric dentist who truly believes in the prevention of dental problems and in educating families about life-long healthy teeth. Her philosophy is treating children using age-appropriate techniques and caring attention. Getting to know the uniqueness of each child and understanding each family’s individual needs is how she delivers gentle dentistry and creates positive dental experiences at iKids.

Dr. Doan has been a life-long resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, having grown up in Crowley, TX and graduating summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with an undergraduate degree in biological science. While studying at Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Doan realized how rewarding it was to work with children. So upon graduating with scholastic honors, she pursued this dream by completing a pediatric dental residency at Virginia Commonwealth University. During residency, Dr. Doan provided comprehensive oral health care for the well child, the medically compromised, and the child with special healthcare needs. She also gained extensive experience in the area of sedation, analgesia, and general anesthesia to deliver quality dental care.

Dr. Doan is a member of the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. When not at the office, Dr. Doan likes to spend time with her fiancé, Dan, their dog, Lucky, and catching up with friends. Her other hobbies include cooking and traveling!

Dr. Cameron Jolley, DMD – Orthodontist

Dr. Cameron Jolley is a Board Certified Orthodontist. He graduated at the top of his class from Nova Southeastern University of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He then continued his education at the prestigious Orthodontic Specialty Program at the University of Washington in Seattle. During his training, Dr. Colley earned his Master’s Degree in Science in Dentistry.

He has been published several times in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics for clinical research regarding early treatment and quality of the life improvements from orthodontic care. He has also been quoted in the Wall Street Journal regarding early orthodontic treatment. Dr. Jolley received the prestigious Graber Award from the American Association of Orthodontics for this clinical research study. He lectured at the American Association of Orthodontic annual meeting in Washington DC.

Dr. Jolley grew up in a small town in eastern Utah named Vernal. His wife, Angela, is a native Texan from Allen. They have two children, a daughter who is six and a son who is one. When Dr. Jolley is not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, relaxing and snowboarding. He is also very active in his church.

Dr. Steven Machichek, DDS – Orthodontist

The opportunity to give people a smile is the greatest job in the world! Dr. Machicek works hard to create an atmosphere where children can enjoy the time they spend with us and feel as though they are not in a doctor’s office. He wants parents and patients to be excited to come see us and know they will be receiving the best quality treatment that they deserve and to be comfortable with every aspect of their care. There is nothing better than seeing a patient’s smile and improved confidence on the day their braces are removed. Dr. Machicek and his family reside in Mansfield where he is excited to become an active member of the community. He and his wife, Kristen, have a beautiful young daughter named Claire and a miniature dachshund, Decker (who thinks he is their other child). Dr. Machicek loves to spend time with his family and enjoy the outdoors in the beautiful DFW area!
